CREFT REPORT There are wide varieties of disparate
public data sources, but no 'cleansing' mechanism for
accuracy & reliability when analyzing preliminary CRE data .
3SG's CREFT Report gathers data from numerous public
sources and identifies discrepancies that may be factors in
early assessment analysis. The CREFT Report includes
detailed Subject Property facts, a Financials Summary
