KEYS TO BID SUCCESS 1 Complete and updated supporting documentation ~ 36 month + YTD operating statements (income & expense), Executive Summary or Project Description, Leases, Rent Rolls, Condo Bylaws, or any other supporting docs to assist the appraisers make an informed bid. 2 Advise us of desired delivery dates or special instructions to be communicated with the appraiser. The earlier everyone understands time expectations, the better. Contrary to popular opinion, appraisers are sensitive to the timing dynamics of your deal and are capable of setting proper turnaround expectations. 3 Once all Order details are gathered, it typically takes 2-4 business days to generate the first round of bids.
